JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent’s application that the Claimant’s claims for:a. direct sex discriminationb. direct age discriminationc. harassment related to sex and/or aged. detriment for having made public interest disclosurese. detriment for having raised matters relating to health and safety should be struck out under Rule 37 or that the Claimant be required to pay a deposit under Rule 39 is refused.[2]The Claimant’s claim for unpaid wages is struck out under Rule 37 because it has no reasonable prospects of success.
