[1]The claim of unlawful deduction from wages is dismissed because the Tribunal does not have jurisdiction to hear it.REASONS
[1]Miss Fisher was not present today and therefore was not able to provide any evidence why it was not reasonably practicable for her to bring her claim within time and indeed her claim ought to have been brought by not later than 15 February 2018 so in fact it was nearly a year out of time without any explanation therefore the claim must be dismissed for want of Case Number: 2300506/2019 jurisdiction.
