The Respondent having failed to enter a response to this claim It is the judgment of the Tribunal that:[1]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the Respondent is ordered to pay damages to the Claimant in the sum of £25,000.[2]The complaint of unfair dismissal is dismissed upon withdrawal[3]The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £13,828.96.[4]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £2,604.64. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 Case No: 2300488/2021
