JUDGMENT
No response having been entered by the Respondent, the decision of the tribunal is that:[1]The Respondent made unlawful deductions from the wages of the Claimant and she is awarded:a. her wages for October November and December 2022 in the amount of £5621.58 net;b. her wages for 3 January 2023 in the amount of £84.82 net; andc. sick pay in the amount of £87.52 net.[2]The Claimant had 1.5 days holiday accrued but untaken as at the date of termination of her employment and she is awarded a sum of £127.23. Case Number: 2300486/23[3]The total sum awarded to the Claimant to be paid by the Respondent is £5921.15 which is to be paid within fourteen days of the date of this judgment.[4]The claim for unfair dismissal is struck out as the Claimant did not have two year’s service.
