[1]The Claimant is entitled to a statutory redundancy payment in the sum of £4311.[2]The Claimant’s claim for damages for breach of contract representing notice pay entitlement is well founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay damages to the Claimant in the sum of £5350.65 (9 x £594.55).[3]The Claimant’s complaint of unauthorised deductions from pay is well founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1693.24 (£6193.24 less sums paid by the Respondent amounting to £4500).
