JUDGMENT
Upon the Claimant not attending the hearing AND Upon the tribunal beings satisfied that the Claimant was served with the notice of hearing and that it was just and equitable to proceed in his absence. AND Upon being satisfied that the Respondent has, without admission of liability, paid the Claimant the sum of £473.00 in respect of work done by the Claimant. AND Upon there being no evidence that the costs and expenses incurred by the Claimant were caused by any failure of the Respondent to pay wages.[1]The Claimant’s claim brought under Section 13 and 23 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 for unlawful deductions from wages are dismissed. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 March Case No: 2300452/2018
