JUDGMENT
[1]The name of the respondent is amended to Mistvale Limited.[2]The claimant’s claim of an unauthorised deduction from wages is wellfounded and the respondent shall pay the claimant the sum of £91.52 being the total gross sum deducted.[3]The claimant’s claim of failure to pay the claimant in lieu of accrued but untaken annual leave on termination of employment under regulation 30 of the Working Time Regulations 1998 is well-founded and the respondent shall pay the claimant the sum of £198.00 being the gross sum due.
