The claim is dismissed.REASONS
[1]On 20 January 2022 the Tribunal wrote to the claimant on the instruction of Employment Judge Hyams-Parish ordering him to confirm within 7 days whether he intended to pursue his case. The claimant was warned that failure to do so could mean that his case would be referred to an Employment Judge for consideration whether to strike out the claim on the grounds that it is not being actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to reply to that letter.[3]Having considered the history of the litigation the claim is struck out pursuant to rule 37(1)(d) of the Employment Tribunal Rules 2013.
