The respondent having filed a response admitting in it that the 2. claimant is entitled to £660.92 as unpaid wages, and admitting by its Director, Ms Natasha Hodges, at a case management hearing by telephone on 1 April 2020 that the claimant is entitled to a redundancy payment when the respondent ceased trading on 18 September 2019:- It is adjudged that the claimant’s claims of unpaid wages and for 3. a redundancy payment are well founded and the respondent is ordered to pay to the claimant the sums of:- (1) £660.92 as unpaid wages under Section 24 of Employment Rights Act 1996; (2) £912 as a redundancy payment under Section 164 of the Act.Respondent
