Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 `[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £1272.37.[2]The claimant is not entitled to damages for notice of dismissal either by statute or under the terms and conditions of her employment.[3]The claimant was not employed for a period of at least two years by the respondent and so the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to determine her complaint of unfair dismissal.[4]The hearing listed on 19 November 2020 is cancelled.
