JUDGMENT
UPON the Claimant having submitted an originating summons seeking compensation for unlawful deduction from wages AND UPON the Respondent having failed to submit an ET3 AND UPON EJ Martin having directed that the final hearing of this matter shall proceed to consider remedy only AND UPON the Notice of hearing for today having been sent to both parties on 29th June 2018 AND UPON the Claimant having attended today for the hearing but the Respondent having failed to attend despite the Tribunal putting back the hearing to 14.30 The unanimous Judgment of the Tribunal is that:- Case Number: 2300413/2018(i) The claim for unlawful deduction of wages is well founded(ii) The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £1,917.00
