The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 14 February 2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to contact the Tribunal regarding their upcoming hearing. Under rule 37 of The Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 the Tribunal under its own initiative to strike out the claim because:• the claimant had not complied with the Orders of the Tribunal• it has not been actively pursued.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing, or has failed to make any sufficient representations, why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]The hearing fixed for 11 March 2022 will not take place.
