[1]The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £6,083.34.[2]The Claimant was dismissed in breach of contract and the Respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in respect of notice entitlement in the gross sum of £673.08.[4]The Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant in respect of accrued holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £134.61.[5]The total gross sum to be paid by the Respondent to the Claimant is therefore £6,891.03.[6]The hearing listed on 13 June 2019 is cancelled.
