JUDGMENT

ON RECONSIDERATION The Judgment is varied by revoking paragraph (i) of the Judgment. The revised Judgment is as follows(i) Following reconsideration the Claimant’s claim under part 2 of the Employment Rights Act 1996 is well founded and the Respondent is ordered to pay £1,838.45 to the Claimant in respect thereof.

(ii) The Claimant was not unfairly dismissed.

(iii) Pursuant to Rules 75(1)(b) and 76(4)of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 the Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant a further £390 towards the cost of the Tribunal fee paid by the Claimant. Case No: 2300391/2016

(iv) The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant a total of £2,228.45
