Mrs A Dixon v Darron Bow: 2300372/2017

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2300372/2017
Mrs A DixonClaimantDarron BowRespondent
Employment Judge ElliottDate 20 October 2017

JUDGMENT

The claim is struck out.

REASONS

[1]By a letter dated 26 September 2017 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations or to request a hearing, as to why the claim should not be struck out because  it has no reasonable prospect of success.  the claimant had not complied with the Order of the Tribunal dated 27 March 2017 and subsequent reminders.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done or to request a hearing. The claim is therefore struck out.
