JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent failed to:a. pay a redundancy payment to the Claimant on his dismissal on grounds of redundancy, in the sum of £1572.00 (calculated at three weeks’ pay, at the agreed weekly pay rate of £524); andb. to give the Claimant notice of dismissal, or pay in lieu thereof, for the statutory notice period, in his case, of two weeks, in the sum of £1048.00.[2]The Respondent is ordered, therefore, to pay the Claimant the total sum of £2620.00 Case No: 2300364/2022[3]The Claimant’s claims in respect of arrears of pay for November 2021 and arrears of holiday pay, generally, fail and are dismissed.
