JUDGMENT
(1) The claims are dismissed as the Tribunal determined it did not have jurisdiction to hear the complaints of unfair dismissal under the Employment Rights Act 1996 or Sex Discrimination under the Equality Act 2010 as both were presented out of time and the Tribunal did not extend time under the applicable tests. The Tribunal’s reasons were given at the time and written reasons will not be provided unless they are asked for by a written request presented by any party within 14 days of the sending of this written record of the decision.
