The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]At a Case Management hearing on 8 May 2018 the Employment Tribunal gave a direction that the Claimant supply a copy of the ACAS certificate and show cause why the claim should not be struck out in its entirety as presented outside the statutory time limit.[2]The ACAS certificate has been supplied. It is shows that it was issued on 29 November 2016 whereas the claim form was presented on 6 February 2017, over a month later. In the absence of any further submissions from the Claimant, the claim is struck out in its entirety.
