[1]By a letter dated 12 April 2023 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations, as to why the complaint of unfair should not be struck out because the Claimant lacked sufficient continuity of employment to bring such a claim.[2]The Claimant replied on 18 April 2023. The matter was also discussed at the Preliminary Hearing on 27 September 2023. The claimant has failed to make sufficient representations, why this should not be done.
