Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £60.37.REASONS
[1]The Respondent did not present a response as required by Rule 16 of the Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013. Judgment is accordingly entered under Rule 21.[2]Neither party attended the hearing. However, given that the Respondent had not presented a response, and the Claimant had quantified her claim, a determination could properly be made for judgment to be entered accordingly.
