[1]The claimant did not join the conference. Case no. 2300306/2020[2]The respondent accepted that it was due £961.54 in respect of pay in lieu of one week’s notice. However, it had to deduct a float of £500 provided to the claimant, a parking ticket incurred by the claimant of £65 and 2.62 days holiday taken over his contractual entitlement amounting to £503.83 leaving a balance due to the respondent of £107.30. The respondent has not made a counter claim.[3]The respondent sought dismissal of the proceedings. The Tribunal acceded to this request in the circumstances.
