[1]This open preliminary hearing was fixed on 25 June 2019 when the claimant was present and the details of the date and further information which was sought from him were given Case no. 2300306/2019[2]The notice of hearing and consequential orders were sent to the claimant on 20 July 2019.[3]The claimant has sought to address the comments about lack of detail in subsequent emails dated 30 July and 12 August 2019 which also provided a new email address for him.[4]The respondent provided the claimant with their draft agenda for the hearing today to the new email address making reference to this date.[5]The claimant continues in the employment of the respondent which was his previous email address.[6]The claimant did not attend the hearing. No reason for non-attendance was given.[7]The respondent sought dismissal of the proceedings. The Tribunal acceded to this request in the circumstances.
