JUDGMENT

The correct name of the Respondent is as appears in the title to this Judgment and the record is amended accordingly. The claim is struck out and dismissed.

REASONS

[1]This claim was filed by the Claimant on 27 January 2022.[2]Case management orders and a notice of hearing were sent to both parties on 25 February 2022.[3]On 15 June 2022 the tribunal wrote to the claimant asking him if he agreed that the correct name of the respondent is as appears in the title to this judgment. He was asked to reply to the tribunal within 14 days of the receipt of the letter. No reply was received from the claimant.[4]On 6 May 2022 the respondent wrote to the tribunal, copying the claimant, applying for a strike out or unless order because the claimant had not complied with the case management orders and was not actively pursuing his claim.[5]On 14 July 2022 the tribunal wrote to the claimant notifying him that consideration was being given to striking out his claim because he had not complied with the case management orders dated 25 February 2022 and his case was not being actively pursued. He was told that if he wished to object he should give his reasons in writing or request a hearing by 21 July 2022.[6]No reply has been received from the claimant.[7]It is apparent that the claimant is not actively pursuing his claim and Case Number: 2300291/2022 accordingly it is struck out.[8]The hearing listed on 28 October 2022 is vacated.
