JUDGMENT

[1]UPON HEARING Counsel for the Claimant and for the Respondent IT IS THE UNANIMOUS JUDGMENT of the Tribunal that(1) The claim of unlawful discrimination arising from the Claimant’s disability is well founded;(2) The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £8,000 by way of damages for injury to feeling(3) The Respondent shall pay the Claimant £759.23 by way of interest from 4th November 2015 to 11th January 2017 – the parties having agreed the calculation[2](4) Pursuant to Rule 76 there be a repayment of the Claimant’s Tribunal fees of £1,200 (5) There be no order as to costs
