JUDGMENT
By an Unless Order sent to the parties on 21 December 2020 but announced at a case management hearing on 24 November 2020, the claimant was Ordered as follows: Unless Order under Rule 38 Unless the claimant does by 1 December 2020, provide further and better particulars of her claim for unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal stating: When the claimant says she was dismissed and how A brief description of why the dismissal is said to be unfair and/or wrongful the unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal claim shall stand dismissed without further order. By an email dated 1 December 2020, the claimant sent a further copy of her further and better particulars dated 18 August 2020 which did not deal adequately with the Unless Order. It does not deal with the first part of the Order at all and is insufficient, unclear and incomplete in relation to the second part. The claims of unfair dismissal and wrongful dismissal are thus dismissed.
