JUDGMENT

Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has failed to respond to the claim form and so judgment is entered for the claimant.[2]The claimant suffered an unauthorised deduction from wages in respect of the period from 26 August 2022 to 15 September 2022. The Respondent shall pay the Claimant the gross sum of £552.90.[3]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice pay and the Respondent shall pay the Claimant the net sum of £737.20.[4]The total sum payable by the Respondent to the Claimant is £1,290.10.[5]The Claimant must account to HMRC for any sums she owes in respect of sums received from the Respondent.
