JUDGMENT
[1]The Employment Tribunals do not have jurisdiction to consider the Claimant’s complaint of unfair dismissal, because the Claimant lacked the necessary qualifying period of employment, and that complaint is therefore hereby dismissed.[2]The Claimant suffered an unauthorised deduction from her wages, in the sum of £633, and the Respondent is hereby ordered to pay that sum to the Claimant.[3]In breach of contract, the Respondent failed to pay to the Claimant notice pay the sum of £306.85, and the Respondent is hereby ordered to pay that sum to the Claimant.
