JUDGMENT
[1]The Respondent has made an unlawful deduction from the Claimant’s wages and is ordered to pay to the Claimant the net sum of £1,395.57 in respect of the amount unlawfully deducted.[2]The Respondent made unlawful deductions from wages by not paying the Claimant all the wages due on 30 November 2021 and 31 December 2021, although the amounts due have subsequently been paid.[3]The Respondent is further ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £100.00 in respect of financial loss attributable to the unlawful deduction from wages due on 31 December 2021, pursuant to section 24(2) Employment Rights Act 1996.
