JUDGMENT
[1]The respondents (and each of them) will pay to the claimant the amounts set out below. These amounts have been agreed between the parties.a. £219.45 gross, as an unlawful deduction from the claimant’s wages contrary to s13 of the Employment Rights Act 1996. This amount will be paid to the claimant, less tax and national insurance deductions.b. £104.95 as damages for breach of the claimant’s contract of employment. This amount is for reimbursement of expenses.[2]All other claims made in these proceedings are dismissed following the withdrawal of those claims by the claimant.
