The part of the claim relating to unfair dismissal is struck out.REASONS
[1]By a letter dated 14/02/2022 the Tribunal gave the claimant an opportunity to make representations as to why the unfair dismissal part of the claim should not be struck out because of the claimant’s apparent lack of two years’ continuous service.[2]The claimant has failed to make representations in writing why this should not be done. The claim is therefore struck out.[3]However, there will still be a hearing to determine the other parts of the claim.
