The judgment of the Tribunal is that(1) The Claimant was at the material time an employee of the Respondent.(2) The Claimant’s claim under Section 30 Working Time Regulations 1998 is well founded.(3) The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant the gross sum of £1878.75.
