JUDGMENT
[1]The claimant’s claim of unfair dismissal is struck out. She did not have two years’ service with the respondent and has not otherwise been able to establish that the Tribunal has jurisdiction to her hear claim.[2]The claimant’s claim of unpaid notice monies is struck out. The Tribunal was presented with evidence, that the claimant did not dispute, that she was paid her notice monies on termination of her employment. The claim therefore has no reasonable prospect of success and is struck out.[3]The respondent’s application to strike out the claimant’s claims of race discrimination (direct discrimination, harassment and victimisation) is refused.[4]The respondent’s application that the claimant be ordered to pay a deposit to continue with her claims of race discrimination (direct discrimination, harassment and victimisation) is refused.
