JUDGMENT
[1]The complaint that the First Respondent failed to comply with a requirement of section 188 of the Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992 is well founded.[2]The tribunal makes a protective award in respect of the 26 Claimants who were employees of the First Respondent at its premises at Station Road, Canterbury, CT4 7JA and who are named in the Schedule of Claimants below and who were dismissed as redundant on various dates between 22 September 2022 and 16 December 2022 and orders the First Respondent to pay the Claimants remuneration for the protected period of 90 days beginning on the date of each dismissal as set out in the Schedule.
