Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The first Respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the Claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the Claimant the net sum of £576.[2]The first Respondent has failed to pay the Claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the Claimant the sum of £1612.80.[3]The claim in respect for a replacement licence is dismissed as the Tribunal has no jurisdiction to hear that.[4]The claims against the second Respondent is dismissed as she was not the employer of the Claimant at the relevant time.
