JUDGMENT

The Judgment of the Tribunal is that the claimant is entitled to an award against the first respondent, Glen Pullen, in respect of the following: Redundancy payment £5690.31 Pay in lieu of notice £2395.92 Holiday pay £ 66.51 Compensation for unfair dismissal £7786.89 Total Award: £15939.63

REASONS

[1]The first respondent did not return an ET3.[2]The claimant provided details of the sums that were due to her by her employer, the first respondent in her ET1 and in evidence to the Tribunal. These are the sums Case no. 2300171/2019 awarded. She has not received state benefits and was awarded compensation for unfair dismissal based on nine months of being out of work after, and taking into account, the award for three months pay in lieu of notice. .........................................................
