Mr B McCrann v Virgin Atlantic Airways Ltd: 2300168/2019

EMPLOYMENT TRIBUNALS
Case No 2300168/2019
Mr. B McCrannClaimantVirgin Atlantic Airways LimitedRespondent
Employment Judge SageDate 8 January 2020

JUDGMENT

All claims are struck out.

REASONS

[1]Following a case management hearing on 9 August 2019, which the Claimant did not attend, Employment Judge Sage ordered that he inform the Respondent and the Tribunal within 14 days of receipt of the case management order (sent to the parties on 7.9.19) whether he intends to proceed with his claims. The order went on to say that if he did not wish to proceed with his claims, they would be dismissed upon withdrawal.[2]The Claimant has failed to inform the Respondent or the Tribunal of his intentions and has not engaged in the proceedings.[3]The claim is therefore struck out as it has not been actively pursued.[4]The hearing listed for 20 January 2020 is vacated.
