[1]The claimant was not paid for accrued but not taken holiday pay and the respondent must pay her the sum of £1,278.71[2]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages throughout the employment until September 2025 and it is ordered to pay her the sum of £8,594.21.[3]The total the respondent must pay the claimant is £9,872.92.
