Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the First Claimant’s wages in respect ofa. unpaid wages in the sum of £998.69 gross; andb. accrued but untaken holiday which was outstanding at the termination of the employment in the sum of £1822.06 gross.[2]The Respondent is ordered to repay the total sum of £2820.75 gross to the First Claimant forthwith.[3]The Respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the Second Claimant’s wages in respect ofa. unpaid wages in the sum of £298.31 gross; andb. accrued but untaken holiday which was outstanding at the termination of the employment in the sum of £544.25 gross.[4]The Respondent is ordered to repay the total sum of £842.56 gross to the First Claimant forthwith.
