No Response having been received from the Respondent, it is the decision of the tribunal that:[1]The claim for unfair dismissal is well founded and it succeeds.[2]The Claimant is awarded the following sums payable by the Respondent:a. A basic award of £646.15.b. A compensatory award of £33,599.88 (capped at 52 week’s pay)c. £1292.30 representing two weeks’ pay awarded under section 10 of the Employment Relations Act 1999.[3]The Claimant shall be responsible for any tax on the above payment.
