JUDGMENT
It is the unanimous judgment of the Tribunal that:[1]The Claimant’s claim of unlawful harassment under s26 Equality Act 2010 (“Equality Act”) succeeds against both Respondents.[2]The Claimant’s claims of direct discrimination and victimisation under sections 13 and 27 Equality Act do not succeed and are dismissed.[3]To compensate her for the unlawful discrimination the Claimant is entitled to an award against both Respondents jointly and severally of £4000 for injury to feelings and £1678.60 for loss of earnings and additional expenses.
