JUDGMENT
[1]The Claimant’s claim for disability discrimination is well founded and is allowed.[2]The Claimant’s claim for unpaid holiday pay is well founded and is allowed.[3]The Claimant’s claim for unlawful deduction of wages is well founded and is allowed.[4]The Respondent must pay to the Claimant compensation for discrimination in the sum of £26,278.80 gross, comprising:a. £13,239.68 for loss of earnings (of which £303.38 is interest),b. £12,639.12 for injury to feelings (of which £639.12 is interest),c. £400 gross for the loss of his statutory rights.[5]The Respondent must pay to the Claimant, the sum of £5,000.10 gross, for unpaid holiday pay. 10.2 Judgment - rule 61 February Case No: 2300082/2021 2303390/2021
