JUDGMENT
Upon the hearing being held by CVP and hearing the Claimant and Mr Barnes representing the Respondent it is the judgment of the Employment Tribunal that(i) The Respondent made unauthorised deductions from the Claimant’s wages.(ii) The Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant £1,760, being the total of the unauthorised deductions.(iii) The Respondent is ordered to pay the Claimant £1,760.(iv) This sum was agreed by the parties at the hearing. Note that this award is expressed as a gross figure; payment to the Claimant net of all necessary deductions in respect of income tax and National Insurance contributions, provided that those deductions are duly paid to the appropriate statutory authorities, will constitute a valid discharge of this judgment. The Respondent must set out the deductions made and send this to the Claimant.
