Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21 The respondent having failed to enter a response to this claim, Judgment for the claimant is entered as follows:[1]The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £13,246.12 (£12,187.50 in unpaid wages plus £1058.62 in unpaid pension contributions).[2]The claimant was dismissed in breach of contract in respect of notice and the respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £2,832.16.[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £4,593.75.
