REASONS
[1]The claimant and respondent gave evidence. The respondent also provided the evidence of Ms Bianca De Oliviera. The claimant had the assistance of a Portuguese interpreter. There were documents supplied by both sides the most significant of which was a calculation of the hours worked by the claimant in September.[2]In her ET1 the claim, the claimant sought payment of wages for August and September 2018. In evidence, she said she sought unpaid wages for July and September. She was unspecific about how the non payment in July came about and what it amounted to. The respondent denied failing to pay the claimant in July and August. The respondent accepted that she had not paid wages for September and produced a calculation with which the claimant agrees. This is the sum awarded. No award is made in respect of July or August as underpayment was not accepted, accordingly the claim for payment in July or August is dismissed. .........................................................
