The claim is struck out.REASONS
[1]On 8 September 2020 the claimant was notified that consideration was being given to striking out his claim as he had not complied with an Order of the Tribunal dated 20 May 2020. He was invited to give any reasons why he objected to that proposal by 15 September 2020. No response has been received.[2]Accordingly it is concluded that the claimant has not actively pursued his claim and it is appropriate to strike it out.[3]The hearing commencing on 26 October 2020 is vacated.
