[1]The Tribunal has found the Respondent contravened the Equality Act 2010 in respect of the claim of discrimination arising from disability and the respondent is ordered to pay compensation to the claimant of £13,295.09.

[2]This award consists of:2.1 SSP of £1982.72 (net);

2.2 8% interest on the above of £243.79 for the period 29 December 2021- 12 July 2023;

2.3 injury to feelings of £9,000; CASE NUMBER:2300036/2021 2300728/2021

2.4 interest on the injury to feelings award of £2068.58 (8% for the period 28 August 2020 until 12 July 2023)
