Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant £1961.46, gross, for the period 1 October - 25 October 2021. .[2]The claimant was dismissed without notice in breach of contract. The respondent is ordered to pay damages to the claimant in the sum of £2307.68 gross, in respect of her 4 weeks’ notice entitlement. .[3]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s accrued holiday entitlement for the leave year 1 January - 31 December 2020. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £576.92 gross in respect of 5 days’ accrued holiday. .[4]The respondent made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant’s wages in respect of 20% of wages due for 3 days’ annual leave and 8 bank holidays taken during Furlough. The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant £253.84 gross.[5]The respondent is ordered to pay the claimant the total gross sum of £5,099.90.[6]The payment is subject to normal deductions for Tax and National Insurance.[7]The hearing listed for 11 October 2022 is vacated.
