[1]The correct name of the Respondent is Lujon Limited and the title to these proceedings is amended accordingly.[2]The Respondent failed to compensate the Claimant for accrued but untaken holiday on the termination of his employment and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £949.79 gross.[3]The Respondent made unlawful deductions from the Claimant’s wages and the Respondent is ordered to pay to the Claimant the sum of £5,200.20 gross.[4]The Respondent failed to provide the Claimant with itemised pay statements during the period of the Claimant’s employment (14 March 2018 to 8 October 2018).
