JUDGMENT

After hearing from the claimant and upon consideration of the contract of employment, payslips, the respondent’s furlough letter and email documentation the Tribunal concluded as follows:(1) The respondent has made unauthorised deductions from the claimant’s wages contrary to S.13/23 Employment Rights Act 1996 as follows:(2) For 1 July to 31 December 2019 the Sum of £14,128.43 (gross) made up of wages unpaid in July of £711.77, August to December in the sum of £10416.66 and an unpaid bonus of £3,000 in August 2019.(3) For 1 January to 22 September 2020, the sum of £15608.96 (gross), made up of wages unpaid of £18108.96, an unpaid bonus of £3,000 in August less the sum of £5,500 received from the respondent.(4) The total sum awarded is thus £29737.39 (gross).
