Employment Tribunals Rules of Procedure 2013 – Rule 21[1]The respondent has made an unauthorised deduction from the claimant's wages and is ordered to pay the claimant the gross sum of £3,913.84 plus commission of £4,111.65, a sum in respect of childcare voucher of £124 and a sum in respect of gym membership of £277.32.[2]The respondent has failed to pay the claimant’s holiday entitlement and is ordered to pay the claimant the sum of £677.40.[3]The respondent is ordered to pay costs to the claimant under Rule 75(1)(b) in the sum of £160 in respect of the issue fee paid by the claimant in these proceedings.[4]The hearing listed on 14th March 2017 is cancelled.
